Beede Site Group

The Beede Site Group is a consortium of unaffiliated companies that were customers of the state-licensed oil recycling and storage facility at the Beede Site in Plaistow, New Hampshire, and acted in compliance with recycling and disposal procedures and applicable environmental laws of the time. Although the Beede Site Group companies are not directly responsible for the contamination at the Site, the insolvency and absence of the former owners and operators of the Site forced EPA to turn to former customers to finance the cleanup. The Beede Site Group is implementing the EPA approved remedy for the Site in cooperation with EPA, New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) and local officials.

We are committed to working closely with the neighbors and town officials throughout the cleanup to ensure that public health is protected and the environment is restored.
